COVID-19 & Social Distancing

Will I get a refund if the event is cancelled due to COVID-19?

In the event of a cancellation due to Covid-19, we will endeavour to reschedule the event. You will have the option to either transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date or receive a refund. These will be processed by your point of purchase.

How will you maintain social distancing?

There is plenty of space to socially distance and have a great time at 5 on the Farm. Please help us by respecting other guests’ space, wearing masks within designated areas, regularly cleaning your hands and observing any one-way systems which may be in place. Further general information including specific arrangements around COVID-19 will be sent directly to all ticket holders closer to the event.

What hygiene measures are in place at the event?

Enhanced cleaning regimes are in operation regularly across the farm. Hand sanitisers are available to all guests in key areas and hand washing areas are located at the toilet blocks. We ask that you wear a face mask whilst within the entrance queues, bar queues and any areas where social distancing may be hard to maintain.
