Tickets can be bought via our website through our ticketing partner, See Tickets. Official tickets may also be purchased through Ticketweb and Gigantic. Please do not purchase tickets through 3rd party selling ticket sites as we can not confirm how genuine they are and this may result in you not gaining access to the event.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The ticket purchaser must be present with their party and have a Photo ID for entry.

Yes! Access to Cannon Hall Farm is included within the price of your 5 on the Farm ticket.

Tickets will be sent one month prior to the event. Should your address or email details change during this time, please inform us of this so we can ensure your tickets are received safely.

It is an all-ages event. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Each adult aged 18 + can be accompanied by a maximum of three ticket holders under 16. You may be asked to provide ID at entry to 5 on the Farm, so please bring a valid passport or driving license. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, please bring a suitable ID for use at the bars: this includes Portman group cards and photocopies of passports.

Yes: arrival time slots are available in one-hour blocks from 9am and are allocated on a first come first served basis. These are booked at time of purchasing admission tickets.

Please do your best to arrive at the allocated time slot of your ticket as we may not be able to facilitate your entry if you arrive outside of this window.

Not at all! Programming will run throughout the day and our wonderful stars will be performing multiple times on different stages throughout the weekend.
